1. Where is the venue?
Location: Marian Grand Pavilion, Poblacion, Santa Maria, Bulacan

2. What time should I arrive?
Please plan to arrive at 7:30 AM to allow enough time for check-in, finding your seat, and getting settled before the program begins at 9:00 AM.

3. Is parking available?
Yes, there is ample parking space at the venue for all attendees.

4. Is lunch provided?
Yes, lunch and snacks are included for all registered participants.
If you prefer to order from outside, Grab and Food Panda are available, but please allow at least 30 minutes for delivery.

5. Is the venue air-conditioned?
Yes, the venue is fully air-conditioned for your comfort.

6. Can I register at the venue?
No. Walk-ins will not be accommodated. Only those who registered online will be allowed due to space limitations.

7. How should I send questions or concerns about registration, arrangements, or payments?
Please send all inquiries exclusively through the Bulacan Gospel Conference Facebook page. A dedicated team is handling these matters there.
We kindly ask that you do not contact individual members of Grace Church Santa Maria regarding these concerns.

8. When is my slot considered secured?
Your slot is officially secured once:

  • You have completed your payment and
  • you have received a confirmation email.

Only participants with both are considered registered.

9. Can I transfer my slot to someone else?
Yes, your slot is transferrable. Just message the Bulacan Gospel Conference Facebook page with the details of the person taking your place so we can update our records.

10. Do you accept bulk registrations?
No, we only accept individual registrations this year. While bulk registration was allowed in the past, each participant must now register separately.

11. Can I bring my child?
Yes, children are welcome under your supervision. However, food will not be provided for them unless they are registered.

12. Can I bring a pet?
No. Pets are not allowed to ensure the comfort and safety of all attendees, especially those with allergies.

13. What should I bring?
We recommend you bring the following:

  • 📖 Bible
  • 🖊️ Pen
  • 💧 Tumbler
  • 🌬️ Handheld fan (optional but helpful)
